I ordered an XL because my dog was right on the boundary of sizes and it says to size up. Well, the waist straps on that were comically too big. There was no way I was going to be able to get it tight enough to hold the fabric in place and prevent her from licking her spay incision. So I returned it and got a medium. The waist straps are STILL too big and the split in the two parts of the fabric is literally right where her incision is. I'm very confused how this is supposed to work for anything and I don't know why anyone with a recently spayed female dog would review this positively because it doesn't do what I need it to.
