Terrible quality of goods delivered

Great sound quality and performance hence I give 3* but quality of parts was unacceptable when expecting a brand new unit. I contacted them to request a replacement for the scratched parts and they said the scratches would not affect performance and just offered me a discount on my next order which I very much doubt will the next order will do this. The thing is, when you're trying to put a car together to make it look nice and there are scratches everywhere, that's not acceptable. Not at all happy with their support.
