You can watch movies and listen to music, and I find the sound quality to be perfect. The music in Facebook pauses when you touch the earpiece or remove it out of your ear, yet the sound in the YouTube video or the player does not lag behind. I don't know about games, but they seem to be in order according to the reviews. The program isn't glitchy, doesn't crash on Android, remembers your settings, and doesn't turn anything on or off by itself. The sensor is described as being uncomfortable; you have to get used to it. You have to put in the headphones while holding them by the "legs" rather than all five, and you may be asking, "But they work, the sensor can be seen at the barn."
