Too hard and uncomfortable

I have a herniated disc, sciatica and neck pain so I sleep poorly as I constantly have to try to find a comfortable sleeping position with pillows on my back, front and under my arms. This pillow is too hard and uncomfortable, the pain got worse, so I removed it from under my back and just leaned on it vertically. I read the reviews before purchasing this pillow so I really hoped it would work. Unfortunately I live outside of the US so a pillow will cost me about the same or more than buying a new one. Very disappointed 😞
