5 star product, downgraded to 4 stars due to frustration getting the pins I wanted out of the packaging. They're packaged just like a single choice pin, which would be nice, but with varying lengths and thin strips, they get tangled when you pull the pins out at the bottom. Using a Grex needle with these Grex needles is great, but be careful where you place your thumb. One of those pins hit an obstacle at the bottom and twisted to pop out next to my fingers. It wasn't possible to pull it out - a tough little thing in this shape. In any case, the holes are almost invisible, the gun is very quiet, and now it's easy to buy a lifetime supply of whatever size I need in big boxes.
