I like how simple to use it was in general for me as an employee of my organization who uses this daily across multiple sites/domains when working remotely from home. The ease with which you can quickly set up your initial configuration so there are no surprises down the road if needed or desired changes need made! It's still relatively easy to make small mistakes (especially after leaving at times) but nothing too major has been noted yet! If we were experiencing large scale outages then perhaps some more fine tuning could be done towards user experience / interface design improvements? We've found great benefit by utilizing their service throughout our business operations - especially remote work where keeping tabs on things via email becomes cumbersome compared to being able to monitor online activity using such software right away.
