Hello, I received this camera as soon as promised and installed it as soon as possible. I did everything exactly as I found out from the video on YouTube. The instructions are terrible and the wired instructions are backwards. I needed a magnifying glass with reading glasses to read the instructions, but that didn't matter. As I said, my instructions come from YouTube videos. When I connected and tried everything. That does not work. Counting. I asked the company for advice and help. NOTHING. After taking my multimeter apart and running some tests, I found that my wiring wasn't working as well as it could and fixed it. Camera? It works. The picture is fine. For a non-HD camera, I give it 4/5 stars during the day. night time? Night vision is provided by 12 LEDs. So if there is no contrast with the light or a street lamp, night vision is almost useless. It does what it's supposed to. But he could have had better instructions, better customer service, blah blah blah. BUT, I only paid about $15 for it, so who knows? 4 stars for the camera and just the camera.
