The user interface is very simple, yet intuitive to use for new users who are used to other EMRs (such as Epic). It allows you control over what information goes into patient files vs ancillary systems such as Radiology reports or discharge summaries/letters etc., which can make it really useful in terms of managing workflow across multiple departments within our organisation. As I am not particularly experienced when using this software there may be features we do still rely upon paper records but haven't found them quite so convenient - however these could potentially have been more obvious! We primarily utilize Salford's version now instead of their former system called "Salus". This has made life easier by allowing us access via one portal rather than two different ones at present time; meaning less training required & no need to maintain 2 sets up / running simultaneously just incase something was lost during migration from 1 platform onto another previously.
