WOW. That's all I can say. The pump this pre-workout gives is AMAZING. I swear my quads doubled after the workout. Unlike other pre-workouts I've tried, I don't get that weird "shivering" or itchy skin. I thought I should stop using pre-workout because I couldn't stand the itchy feeling, but I've used 2 baths of this and never felt it once! The taste is surprisingly amazing. I would never go for the grape flavor but it's like nothing else on the market and really refreshing right before you wake up. I dry the scoop or mix it with water and it is very soft. 10/10 all around.
