Review on 🧴 Gooch Guard Chamois Cream: American-Made Anti-Chafe & Friction Lubricant Balm by Sean Young

I am an avid cyclist and runner. I bike 5 times a week and run 3 times a week at Ironman Endurance. I've used Body Glide and DZ Nuts Chamois Creme religiously. Both products worked very well. I bought Gooch Guard because it's a few bucks cheaper than DZ Nuts and has good reviews. All I can say is that I haven't even used half of that first jar of product, so I'm already reordering DZ Nuts. I'm actually sitting here and feeling grinding pain as I type this! I haven't had burning pain for many years! At first I was concerned about how this cream would perform as it is very runny and almost watery. The texture is identical to Noxema! If you have ever used Noxema Cleanser, it is easy and gentle to apply and rinse off with water. Some kind of gooch guard! A little sweat and this cream disappears. In comparison, Body Glide is waxy and sticky and lasts for hours. DZ Nuts is very thick and creamy and lasts for hours. While the Gooch Guard didn't stick to my friction points at all; and I found I had to use double the amount. And despite using large numbers, it still offered very little protection. As an avid endurance athlete that trains 8-10 hours a week, running and cycling, this product has not given me good results and I would not recommend it to anyone.
