The system has been easy for our team to use in order to keep track of all clients that we have serviced over time as well as new ones coming up! I cannot think of anything specific about this product so far but would love if there was more integration with other programs such as Salesforce or Hubspot (if you're using them). We used it primarily when working out commissions/payouts at end-of year which made calculating very simple & quick once everything had loaded into the program from previous months invoices etc..
