Great support staff- Very flexible when it comes

The ease of use and how quickly they can get you up and running with your CRM. They are very responsive in getting issues resolved. They have been very helpful in customizing our system for our needs. I wish there was an option for more than one database. We would like to be able to link our salesforce CRM with our accounting system. If you are looking for a great customer service team that will help guide you through all aspects of setting up your CRM, this is the place. I highly recommend…

Easy solution if looking mainly just management of AR

It helps us manage our accounts receivable by providing an easy way for customers or prospects that have not made payment in time to contact their account manager who can then follow up with them via email/text etc until they pay back what's owed! The reporting system could be more user friendly but I think it does its job well enough as long you know how to use your computer properly (I'm very tech savvy). Most valuable marketing tool for our industry

The best thing about capital id so far has been their customer service team! They are always willing to help you out with any questions or issues that arise in your account. If there's anything I dislike it would be how long it takes for them to get back to me when they're working remotely (especially during COVID). This isn't really an issue but just something i noticed while using this platform as well. We have used other platforms before like Marketo & Pardot which were great at first…

Easy, Efficient Way To Keep Track Of Client Invoicing

The system has been easy for our team to use in order to keep track of all clients that we have serviced over time as well as new ones coming up! I cannot think of anything specific about this product so far but would love if there was more integration with other programs such as Salesforce or Hubspot (if you're using them).
