Review on Capital ID by Rickey Ortega

The best thing about capital id so far has been their customer service team! They are always willing to help you out with any questions or issues that arise in your account. If there's anything I dislike it would be how long it takes for them to get back to me when they're working remotely (especially during COVID). This isn't really an issue but just something i noticed while using this platform as well. We have used other platforms before like Marketo & Pardot which were great at first however after time we realized those products weren't designed specifically for our needs. With CapitlID, everything was built from scratch meaning no customization needed. Since then we've seen huge improvements within our department regarding data collection/data analysis.
