Review on 🔌 CPS CC220 Charging Scale: Compact Design with High Capacity for Effective Charging by Robert Carter

I received my new scale from Revain yesterday. I put the batteries in and turned on the device. The screen appeared. It showed "APO on". I assume it meant auto power off - power on. I can't get the weight to display. I've pressed all the keys and key combinations to no avail. I've taken the batteries out a few times but still to no avail. Finally I called CPS. Well it's a joke. I called at 9:30 am. They open at 8am. (EST) I asked the admin to connect me to tech support. I went to voicemail. I called back to see if I could speak "live" to someone. She put me on someone else's voicemail. I called again and told her my displeasure. I asked to speak to the President, CEO or his/her Administrative Secretary. She started giving me an email address. I let her know I wanted to speak to them, not via email. She refused to connect me. I then called back and someone else picked up. I explained my situation. I wasn't so upset about the product failing as I was about the support from this company. (For which I have many of their products.) I explained that I would write an overview of the day's events and post it on Revain.com. He seemed genuinely concerned. A few hours later, I finally got a call from CPS Technical Support. They told me to turn off the device. Then press and hold the Center button and the Power button to restart your device. Apparently, this device boots up much like a computer. He also told me if that didn't work to heat the soil to remove the moisture. (This is from a brand new device.) After pressing the middle button and power button from a powered off device, it booted up. But now I'm worried about block reliability and going back to Revain. I am also concerned about the company as a whole and will be looking for replacement scales from other manufacturers. Well, to be fair, .CPS told me that if the problem was in a faulty device, it would take care of me. I could either send it back to Revain or direct through CPS. (And of course, Revain isn't buying them through CPS, as I'm told CPS doesn't do business with Revain.) But of course, their offer came after a lot of threats. Now the question is are they still a decent company or are they decent after legitimate threats.
