Bought because it had mostly good reviews and the first pen worked perfectly worked for a year and then suddenly stopped connecting to my iPad, I contacted the company , they spent time telling me the options to make it work again and nothing so they apologized since you bought it not long ago. We will send you a new one. Just send us back the broken one and everything is fine reconnected right away, seemed great and then not even 2 months later and it does the same thing, I'm not picky about any of my devices, I take care of my electronics. So it's very frustrating to see these pens running out. I'm very thankful for the tech support who tried to help, but I really would like a pen that I don't have to replace every few months.
