Not as advertised on my review.
Over all not bad thought to home gym. When setting up bands for workout picture and schematics don't match. Bands never tight you get a pull no pull on release. Doing curls resistance on up but not on down. Pushup handles stick in holes hard to pull out. Not worth the money
- The compact design and portability of Gonex make it easy to store when not in use
- The gym may not be as effective as other types of exercise equipment
