Dangerous, Wires can not be securely tightened to the switch.
The terminals holding my #12 wire would not allow a secure connection. The screw terminals would not tighten enough to hold the wire. The terminal would loosen after being snugly tightened. Many attempts to secure the connections were attempted but would loosen every time.
