This is a major and necessary enhancement for a standing desk, which I need for my back. An elevated desk reveals ugly cables so if you like high tech you will need something like this. If you're naive the before after video sums up the results best.It does take some technique though. Try it a few times and you will get it. The sticky tape didn't work for my desk so I needed a drill. The most important part may then anticipating needing a drill and tying things down.
