My first perfect fudge in decades!
I've been making Christmas candy with side-mounted glass dome thermometers for many years, which I break almost every year. The end product of fudge has always been bad. Dad's fiction was a standard humorous comparison. Using a Topkitchen thermometer with a thin meat thermometer wrapped in a spatula with an easy to read digital display, my fudge was amazing! So good I was accused of buying it. I took the accusation of treason as the highest praise.
