Disconnected rusty and caked transmission lines
I need these to replace the transmission cooler lines on my F250 dump truck. After a good cleaning with a wire brush and a PB blaster I was able to reattach them and break the lines. It required enough force and I doubt the plastic version would have survived. I can put them in my special toolbox along with all the other stuff I'll probably never use again. They really saved the day and paid for themselves.
