Great stuff! I bought it because I have sensitive teeth. I used it semi-regularly with Tom's anti-sensitivity toothpaste for about 3 months. I recently had a 6 month cleaning and both the hygienist and dentist gave positive feedback; The hygienist even said how impressed she was that my gums are nice, pink and healthy, my teeth look good and that no matter what I do, I find it easy to brush my teeth quickly. I've never had such a good exam. Although I try to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy, I have had gum problems in the past. After using this mouthwash for 3 months I'm confident that's why I got rave reviews from my hygienist and dentist. Well, it's not the tastiest mouthwash, but it's not terrible either. Just make sure to shake the bottle before pouring, as this will help distribute the oils and enhance the flavor a bit.
