I arrived a few minutes after sending it back because the spindle was trained so hard it couldn't turn without the ratchet slipping. I fixed this by adjusting the collet nut on the spindle threads; expensive brands usually do this before shipping. After setting it worked perfectly. The screws holding the finger grips were a bit loose causing the grips to rattle, but this was another easy fix. I looked closely, but found no indication of the country of origin on the packaging. or body. I thought it was required by law, but I must be wrong. There are no instructions, but if you ordered one you probably already know how to use it. The inscriptions on the tips, indicating the size range, are small and the etching is faint. This is probably unavoidable with such small objects. I will make a size sticker to put next to the pockets in the suitcase. Perhaps the seller could supply one in one package.
