Review on lemtalk by Chris Shepherd

The ability to communicate in real time with others around the world, while we are doing our jobs at work!! It is so easy to send messages back and forth without having to write an email or leave the office. Also it's simple for customers that don't have access to chat software such as Skype and Google Hangouts. Nothing about LemTalk has been bad thus far. I would recommend this service to any business looking to expand their customer support by leaps and bounds. We are using them now as my team and myself do not like the fact that sometimes we can be slow responding when there is something urgent going on and need answers quickly. But overall they've proved themselves by being very friendly and helpful from start to finish.
