I already have a Ninja Foodi Air Fryer and Pressure Cooker and wanted a small air fryer for quick cooking and storing the Foodi for larger meals and this Instant Vortex is my delight! The footprint is small so I could easily fit in my small kitchen, and even if you need to clean it, it's so small and easy to use. It heats up to 400 degrees and has settings for baking, roasting and preheating. The spin wheel is all you need for control (along with some touch buttons) and it looks very stylish. But how to fry in the air? So far I've made french fries, pizza rolls and my own fried chicken karaage and it's worked like a charm so far! Everything turned out crispy as expected. It heats up strongly and makes air frying food easy with such easy cleaning. All you need is to clean the basket and the detachable grate and then wipe down the place where you place the basket. That's easy! Easy to clean as all surfaces are non-stick - just wait for it to cool before doing so. I highly recommend it to people who need a small air fryer. This is ideal for families of 1 or 2 (although you won't be cooking ribs in it) or if you want to add to your large air fryer and save for larger projects. Especially when you have those deep fryer and pressure cooker combos. The price is very difficult. 45 dollars.
