I've had terrible pelvic pain since the second trimester. It wasn't just pain, it was a burning sensation right in front of where everything connects (pubic symphysis). I've tried every home remedy for this pain including wearing supportive shoes, trying to keep my knees together when changing positions, keeping a pillow between my knees while I sleep, etc. After wearing it for the first time I felt within 2 years of relief protocol. I wear it outside in the heat and it's still very breathable. I also wear it to sleep.
