It installed in less than a minute. I only needed a wrench to remove the old head. Don’t be dumb like I was: put the the plumbers tape DIRECTLY on the pipe thread BEFORE screwing the shower head on. Not after ( you’ll see in the pic where I did that. I just left it after redoing the tape the proper way.).My friend who’s handy, when I told her what I did, she laughed.Anyway, it’s under $14. It’s cheap, which is great. But, it just feels FANTASTIC. This has several settings , none of which are going to feel like hail on you. So if you want higher-pressure massage settings, this might not be for you. But I am happy with the water pressure. I am one of those people who is weird about my head being rinsed VERY well after shampooing. This will NOT disappoint.Also, I was gonna be a sucker and spend between $25 and $65 for a *waterfall setting only* head. I saw several I loved, visually-speaking. That setting would’ve got old REAL fast. Shampooing my hair with that consistency, like I’m standing in rain, is not my thing.So, being cheap is a bonus, but I really doubt I’d be happier if I spent $35. So the price isn’t why it’s getting a great review. It is just a great shower head. Anybody complaining here , leaving bad reviews, ( besides it being defective) just has outrageous expectations in life. Or has HORRIBLE water pressure in their home. Or is more home-repair impaired than I. Or just is never happy about anything.I also recommend these if you’re a landlord with multiple rentals. Don’t be that landlord who puts in the shower head thats barely 2” and is the equivalent of showering at a public water fountain.
