The IMAK RSI computer glove is a great innovation. The biggest problem with all wrist pads, be it memory foam or beads, is that they are constantly moving. or have to move from hand to hand. Because of this, their position is almost always wrong. That's a waste of money. The IMAK RSI computer glove moves with your hand and the pad always stays in the right position. The glove itself is comfortable and does not block blood flow. The material glides easily over the mouse pad. This helped reduce wrist pain but did not eliminate it. Great product to support your wrist. When using the computer mouse, I started to feel numbness and pain in the side of my arm. Last year I spent too many hours on the computer. My pain and numbness came from two things. Pressure on the nerve in my arm near the elbow due to the armrest of the chair and the start of a tunnel tunnel due to long-term repeated use. The glove helped, but the only solution was to reduce the amount of time I use the mouse each day and take frequent breaks. A year later, the pain and numbness were gone. I no longer wear a glove, but I try to avoid prolonged use of the mouse as much as possible. If my pain didn't go away, my next purchase would be a Logitech vertical mouse. A friend has one and it's great for relieving pain when using a mouse.
