Impact Technology Group - Great People, Excellent Service
The best thing about this department is that they provide an excellent service throughout all stages of your career with them - from interview to employment day through training into placement & beyond! I have found their HR staff extremely efficient at handling applications in both our UK and US offices as well during relocation processes too (even though we are located across two different time zones).
There was no issue regarding recruitment or hiring process but rather more around project management which had been taken off my shoulders by other departments within i-t group who were able achieve great outcomes when it came down business needs vs personal requirements etc. Working here has allowed me personally make some new friends along way so not really any dislikes apart perhaps having multiple projects/employees under one roof can be somewhat overwhelming especially if you do get used towards working alone sometimes?
