I bought them at the end of October. We live in southern Wisconsin so we didn't even have snow until a few weeks ago. The love theme is great. I love that they have velcro to slip around your wrist and I love that they are long so you can wear them on the outside of your sleeve or under your sleeve and not have to worry that snow gets in. It's December 17th and they just got soaked wet from playing in those gloves during the break. He's come home from school twice with his gloves soaked through. For some reason I didn't care the first time and left them on and let them dry, but over the weekend he left his gloves in his backpack when I pulled them out to send him to school. In the morning I found that they were wet. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until it was time to leave. This is really really bad because if they were waterproof they would be great. If you live in an area where there is no snow or your child does not play in the snow, then they will suit you.
