I like how easy it was for us as new employees, with no technical experience or training given by TTI we were able connect our first customer in under 30 minutes! The fact you can stream your monitor from any device makes this tool even better than using an expensive laptop/desktop computer while out at site of work (I had some issues when working off my phone). We are still looking into other products offered through resolutiontube but have not found anything else yet which will be more cost effective then their service fee alone ($50 per month)! For $100+ each time they give away tickets towards licenses etc so its worth getting onboard early before these go back up again!!
