When I was looking for a Wii U Pro controller, I wanted something that would allow me to use the L and R triggers comfortably, as opposed to the Standard GamePad that made the Wii U so different (and potentially confusing). While the official design was under consideration, I couldn't help but be drawn to the design of this controller. Not only does it remind me of my SNES youth, but it's unique enough to make it my own. Although honestly it wasn't my original choice, I decided on this product after comparing reviews and have been using it ever since. The only issue I can legitimately complain about is the lack of confidence that the system cannot be confused with two different controllers. That plus a potential incompatibility with certain Wii U software that required the use of the GamePad, but that's to be expected. And just in case the images aren't clear enough to reflect this, this controller is a lot more comfortable than it first appears.
