I ordered this because I hated getting my hands wet and splashing water on the table because of glass washing. I also had an algae problem and needed constant maintenance. This is perfect for a 10 gallon tank, it instantly removes algae to prevent further growth and it is EXTREMELY easy to clean inside and out without leaving a mess. My fish aren't scared of it either and it doesn't seem to bother them at all. The magnet is very strong and strong enough that you can move it from the side without having to grab and move it yourself. It is highly recommended to keep algae under control and easy to clean the aquarium glass inside and out.
