Description does not match type

Installation instructions were just photos. Writing steps would be extremely helpful. I contacted the phone number and chatted on the paper provided for help but they were unavailable. They replied two days later. I was also disappointed with the rigidity. The carpet isn't very thick and the handles don't stay on the hardwood floor. I have to buy an extra piece to slide under the mat to keep it in place. The tarpaulin part of the tent is pretty good, but the tent itself can be moved around easily and I'm afraid it might fall over at some point. feel lighter. I wish they had some sort of loop or fabric fastener to attach the mat to the bottom of the bamboo poles as the mat can slide inside the tent. Overall I find that the description does not match the actual tent. I think it's really cute and I love the zigzag and white print. The window is a fun addition, but in the future I may look for a more durable canvas tent with poles that don't move when the child/children are playing in or around the tent.

Pros
  • Good marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
