This chair was the easiest to assemble, it took me 10-15 seconds of real physical labor to assemble, I was amazed. I now use this chair every day to work from home. I try to use it in a reclined position, which helps maintain posture and blood flow to the legs. The seat is very comfortable, firm enough to hold you but soft enough to sit comfortably all day. I love the 360 degree lock that allows the chair to move up and down. The chair rises high enough that you can almost stand and lean on it. The seat rotation is excellent, allowing you to sit in the most comfortable position for you. It will take you a few minutes to get used to it, but you won't fall off. The base is very strong, heavy enough to hold you up but not too heavy that you can't move the chair. Great overall design and very durable. I recommend everyone to try it. I've always looked for different chairs for long hours of work and this is the best experience I've had.
