Just received and installed. Yes, good luck with that. It comes with 2 "tools" made out of very cheap plastic. I have no idea what the person is doing. Another is required to open. The strap on the back is too small for my hands. Also, it's weird because it's dead, it's very uncomfortable to hold. Sitting here, trying it at different angles, and there is nothing ergonomic about its placement. The stand is very tight - you need a knife or a coin to open it. If you sit up in bed you'll have to get up and get something if you want it propped up or you risk snapping a nail. When open it doesn't sit flat due to the position of the stand and handle. It's tilted at an angle in portrait rotation, but flat in horizontal rotation. And it rotates a lot and locks into place at different angles, so it doesn't spin freely, which I think is a good thing. The case itself is very sturdy and will likely last a while, although the "screen protector" is made of very thin plastic and looks like it could break. , but it doesn't interfere with the touchscreen at all. I'll have to see if I like it as I bought it specifically to hold my arm from behind.
