Review on High-Quality Front Right Power Window Regulator with Motor Assembly for Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Cadillac Escalade by Jacob Brasic

I bought this back on 10/23/2020 and got it in on the 25th. It looked good and all was in order. It took me about 30 minutes to install and it was not a hard process (albeit I'm a mechanic). Fast forward to a week ago. On April 1 it decided to play a joke on me by only rolling half way down. The next day I got in and went to roll my windows down (No A/C in my truck) and it got halfway down and would not move at all. I could still hear the motor running, so I pulled the panel and looked at it. 2 plastic pieces which guide the wires had broke and the wires were not lined up so the motor couldn't pull them all the way. I loosened the glass and taped it up for the mean time. It's still within the 1year warranty, but I've tried looking all over the listing for a way to contact the seller and I cannot find it. I seem to have misplaced any papers that came with it, if any did come with it. It's worked great all through winter and I've never had a problem with it until now. If the seller would get back to me about the warranty, I would have no problem updating this review and giving it a higher rating.
