I have had this baby food maker for about 5 months and absolutely LOVE it! I decided to buy one at the suggestion of a friend, even though it is a but pricey. I love that you can steam the food as well as blend. It has been perfect for transitioning my daughter through all stages of food introduction and now I often use the steam function to make her fresh veggie finger foods. It cleans itself - an added plus. And I must make a particular note about the customer service: recently my mixing bowl fell off of kitchen counter and snapped the handle completely off. I contacted EVLAS, and they did not hesitate to express ship me a new one. They even asked to make sure I did receive it.If you are debating whether this product is worth the splurge over your ordinary blender, the answer is YES. Even novice cooks can easily prepare baby food using this baby food maker. I have saved hundreds of dollars already making my daughters favorite foods in bulk. And hands down, you cannot beat the customer service!
