Fits easily best in toilet steamer

Toilet water shut off. flushed toilet. He removed the side valves and took them out of the toilet. Using pliers, the ring was squeezed and pressed against the damper. Throttle newly installed with new chain. I pulled the chain up to the lever and attached the clip so the chain was taut but not too tight. Water turned on again and checked. The whole process took 5 minutes.
