Amazing display but there are a few small issues

Due to COVID I am currently working from home so I am sitting at the computer all day. But I also take a few photos on the side. So I was looking for a good 4K monitor to edit photos by connecting it to my Mac. I use Dell for work but prefer my Mac for photo editing. The software supports photography and editing much better than my Dell. When I first got this I was so excited and immediately plugged it into my Dell to use for work that day just to try it out. And boy was I impressed! The colors on this one are just amazing. I'm pretty sure I really enjoyed working that day. ha ha. As soon as I finished my work, I immediately plugged it into my Mac to try editing photos. And I ran into some problems. As other reviewers have noted, this monitor is not that easy to use on a Mac. It's still doable, but it's nowhere near as easy as plug and play. One of them is connected, although it works better than I ever hoped for photo editing! The colors are so easy to see that it's very easy to get a full picture of how the photo will look when printed. Overall I am very happy with this monitor. I'm taking off a star because of the awkward connection to my Mac. Especially since photo editing on my Mac was the main reason I wanted it in the first place. But it's still an amazing monitor with a great display and the stand is actually the best monitor stand I've ever had with a monitor.
