Poor Quality

This is what happened after putting the screen on, what was attached to the screen keeps popping out and the glue isn't sticking properly and the screen also keeps popping out to the side. I've already tried to fix it 5 times but the result is still the same. The cracked screen worked much better than this one. but when I replace it with a new screen, here is the result.
