I've tried a few different bags and found that most are 5ft 2in with a small waist and short Upper bodies just don't fit. right or just too wide. I took this bag on my first Labor Day flight 3 days / 32lbs (including 3 bladders) and it worked really great. This was compared to the Osprey Kite 46 in both XS sizes and this was much more comfortable. I really wish I had maybe an extra small external pocket or two to organize it a little better, but when I have to choose between convenience and multiple pockets, I choose hiking convenience. Organization can be managed with small, ultra-light dry bags or even zip bags.
