We bought our previous Kong collar from PetSmart and we love it. It had a separate loop for attaching license labels. I didn't notice this new one when I ordered it. There is only one section to hook both the leash and tokens. We replaced the old collar with a new one before a long vacation. Our dog was in the kennel and with our trainer. When we picked him up we found his tokens were gone. The dog trainer noticed this odd configuration and now we're wondering why they came loose. I will not buy it again. Now we are waiting for the exchange of tags, including a notification about his chip. Update: after writing this my husband came home and told me there was an extra tab. However, after only a few weeks of use, the stitching broke and the D-ring and tags were lost. If you look at the photo you can see this bow under the Kong label. They had to take extra stitches.
