I bought this because my US made Toper Whitney block (original copied from the Chinese) broke from not making sure both tools in the punch were the same size. What's really confusing is that the size is written in bold on the punch and die. Cannot find spare bits. I buy this set (another bit too). BUT NO DIMENSIONS ARE SHOWN ON THE PAPER. There is only one way to find out what size the bits are and that is to use vernier calipers on each of them and sort them each time you need to make a hole. They detach and float in their case during transport. Laminated instructions are fine and can be used without falling apart. I can think of several good options, the first being to do it like my old RW. My old RW had vertical drill holes so when the door was closed they were all locked (unless you put them back in correctly last time, which I made a silly mistake). First, very bad. (Double check, click once) The tools of THIS PRODUCT plug into the old US version, but they are made out of something else. I'm not sure if he hits really well. I like how it works. better, yes, you read that right. The range of motion. And the loose tolerances (where that doesn't count) make it flexible, but also lightweight in a way. It would be nice to tweak whether you need to hold it in place for a second or you just want a light touch of the handle. I think I have both. The finish looks better than RW. i will use now. If it's really bad I'll check again, but if there's nothing to report on how it performs in practice compared to Roger Whitney then I say it's fine as long as you're willing to body fix it so the parts don't float and you can laser engrave the measurements on the bits then it's good. But when you need to fix the tool and the case, and because of those one-piece plastic plans where the latch breaks, then and only if the hinge breaks, amazing people still make cases like this. Is it really difficult to attach a plastic loop and separate plastic locks? (Note that RW also has the same body type, only RW marks the bits and locks them in place, so don't blame the Chinese.) Proven and reliable design. These beats are screwed into the US version by Roger Whitney and others. Ideal for rivet holes. Tight fit, smooth edges, no burrs. No walking (exercise), convenient and battery-free. Cuts faster and easier than a drill. 7 sizes are standard. Don't take the ones that only come in one size. I mean why? The costs are the same. It's handy to have 2 devices, each with 1 of the 2 sizes you're working with, if that's the case. Replacing bits takes a minute, or 5, or 20 minutes if you have to sort them first. Think. My RW was three times the price in the 90's. This one is cheapest on 1-1-19. This made it a star, so with a homemade contraption to size the bits and hold them in place and one day fix the case if it lives that long and is a good puncher. Changes may follow. If not then it works fine.
