There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

I worked on the balcony in the winter season 2022-2022, it was from -10 to -30 outside the window, the temperature inside was from +15 to +22, and then when you warm yourself with your warmth and breath, at maximum settings. There is no warm floor.

Tolerably, you can live with it, but I would not recommend you to buy for 1kW and with a useless infrared feature. See more power and without infra + be very careful about thermal insulation and leaks through the adjoining windows and window sills. Ideally, you need a good warm floor, not a heater.

Pros

The heater works, somehow warms, there was no smell, in general, as a product, it is quite well made and packaged, good wheels, well painted, there are no obvious jambs or claims to appearance. The heater turned out to have no obvious advantages for a rather expensive budget, all the details are below.

Cons

From small ones: 1. Short power cord 2. Really very bright display 3. Strange fixings of the heating elements inside the device, they dangle and rattle if it is tilted or shaken Of the principal: 1. Strange operation of the thermostat, the temperature simply does not match according to the readings of the heater and several thermometers lying near the sensor on the floor. The device shows 2-4 degrees higher than room thermometers. 2. Low power, 1kW - this is categorically small even for a balcony of 3 sq. M., where there are obviously a lot of heat leaks and cold bridges, even with a warm contour and warm glazing. At least 1.5, and preferably 2kV. Maybe it would be enough, but you should have near perfect thermal insulation of the room. 3. Stupidly does not heat the declared area at maximum operation. 4. Infrared function - useless, at 1m in front of the device the waves "do not reach". You will only feel the warmth.
