Review on 🔧 Steelex D2581 8 Inch Industrial Swivel by Christopher Buck

These are pretty solid reels with pretty poor behavior which is why I wanted to return them. Too much vibration. They were riding a cart that would be pulled at walking speed, and the wheels were shaking madly. Loading helps, but this cart doesn't always load. The problem depends on the wheel weight and the tread. In fact, about 3/4 inch of the wheel face is in contact with the ground, and with "off-road" tread it has even less contact with concrete. This means a big swing/cart wheel effect at a little more than a snail's pace. The impeller itself is also quite heavy, and a heavy impeller + little tread + walking pace = rock around town. Too bad to return them but they just won't work for my application.
