Great product! We used it to clean kitchen cabinet doors before repainting them. If you want your color to stay on what you paint, you definitely don't want to paint over dirt, you need CLEAN. No matter how clean you think you are, this product has really made them cleaner and smoother. I wasn't sure I could paint over the product so after using it to clean stained wooden doors I ran a rag dipped in clean water over the doors. I let them dry well. The new coat of paint went VERY well. I painted these kitchen cabinet doors a few years ago and the paint didn't come off as well as it did after using this cleaner. Highly recommended.
