I have been very happy with this backpack for two years. The small pocket at the top is great for storing small items like headphones, sunglasses or bus money. Expandable side pocket for different size water bottles. You can fit a lot of stuff in an insulated bag as long as your other bags aren't full, which is good when I want to pack both a sandwich and yogurt in a plastic container. The computer room is large enough to keep my thin laptop organized along with a notepad and other loose papers, leaving a main pocket for loose cables and other miscellaneous items. Also, unlike other backpacks, I can wear it on my back for long periods of time without having to constantly move the straps to make it more comfortable.
