Review on Noctua NF S12A PWM Premium Quiet by Doug Layman

I chose these because of the low static pressure zone for maximum flow in my case (note this! You can see all the specs and claimed features of the different models at read the Noctua website). I have used many computer fans. I always thought they looked too different for my liking, but I gave them a try for this Noctua build. Noise level / Cooling: They have a good noise level compared to the amount of cooling air. This is easy to check from the specifications. Noise Quality: This is not easy to test and is subjective. I think this is where the Noctua really shines, as it's comfortable even as the noise increases, while many other fans can have a squeak or tone that drives me nuts. There was a version of noctua fan that drove me crazy, and it's not. It's probably a personal preference, but for me they just fade into the background. Appearance: It's entirely up to you. This makes the fans stand out much more than normal black.
