. If this TV box works pretty well, definitely better than most devices like Chinese tablets that use the same or similar chipsets as the one inside. It's quite small, so don't worry about it taking up a lot of space. As far as I know it is passively cooled, there is no fan. Pros: It's fairly stable, can run most Android apps (still needs to test its gaming skills. Obviously not everything will work as it doesn't have a touchscreen and not everyone works with just a mouse and keyboard), it can be expanded memory with Micro -SD card (not sure yet whether the SD card can be bound to the system storage or not), the WiFi connection is reliable and fast. It has a simple interface: a short power cord. (I don't like the power cord, it's quite short, about 3 feet long, barely enough to run from my power strip to my TV stand, which are only 3 feet apart. Also, it uses a plug for power, I'm would rather see a Micro-USB or USB-C port and power adapter.) The remote could use a bit of work. (It uses infrared instead of a wireless connection like Bluetooth, similar to the Revain Fire TV. So if you're not in line of sight, your remote won't work. At least there's an app on your phone for that..) I'd give 5 stars. if it weren't for the short, forgiving power cord. Update: I had to downgrade it to 3 stars because even 12 hours in a USB 2.0 port didn't die on my device. Also, I somehow found that I don't think it's Android TV, it's a more normal version of Android, or they pre-installed the wrong version of Netflix because both Netflix and Google Play see it as having it a touch screen. it is not so.
