I have bursitis and tendonitis in my shoulder. So I've been sleeping on my back for a long time. Let me tell you, this pillow is amazing! After sleeping on my back for almost a year and a half because of my shoulder, this pillow has gradually enabled me to sleep on my side. To say I'm very happy would be an understatement. I recommend letting it unpack for a few hours when unpacking. It's the same as if you were dealing with a memory foam mattress. I had no problem with it being too thin for me. I love this pillow very much.
